

Why do peoples take drugs?
People take drug due to their curiousity and to get rid of boredom.Taking drugs is only going to get he/her addicted to it.
What are the common drugs now?
They are Alcohol, Amphetamines, Cocaine/Crack, Heroin, Marijuana, Methamphetamine and Inhalants.
Effects of taking drugs?
-Alcohol
Moderate alcohol intake will cause dizziness and talkativeness while larger amount of alcohol will cause slurred speech, disturbed sleep, nausea, and vomiting.
-Amphetamines
Short-term effects of amphetamines will cause increased talkativeness, increased aggressiveness, increased breathing rate, increased heart rate, increased blood pressure, reduced appetite, dilated pupils, visual hallucinations, auditory hallucinations, compulsive, repetitive action.Large doses of amphetamines will cause fever and sweating, dry mouth, headache, paleness, blurred vision, dizziness, irregular heartbeat, tremors, loss of coordination, collapse.
-Cocaine/Crack
Short-term effects of cocaine will cause constricted peripheral blood vessels, dilated pupils, increased temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, insomnia, loss of appetite, feelings of restlessness, irritability, and anxiety.Large doses will trigger paranoia.
-Heroin
Short-term effects of Heroin will cause slowed and slurred speech, slow gait, constricted pupils, droopy eyelids, impaired night vision, vomiting, constipation.
-Marijuana
Short-term effects of marijuana will cause problems with memory and learning, distorted perception, trouble with thinking and problem solving, loss of motor coordination, increased heart rate, and anxiety.
-Methamphetamine
Immediately after smoking or intravenous injection, the methamphetamine user experiences an intense sensation, called a "rush" or "flash," that lasts only a few minutes and is described as extremely pleasurable. Other effects include irritability/aggression, anxiety, nervousness, convulsions, insomnia.
-Inhalants
When inhaled via the nose or mouth into the lungs in sufficient concentrations, inhalants can cause intoxicating effects. Intoxication can last only a few minutes or several hours if inhalants are taken repeatedly. Initially, users may feel slightly stimulated; with successive inhalations, they may feel less inhibited and less in control; finally, a user can lose consciousness. Other effects include headache, muscle weakness, abdominal pain, severe mood swings and violent behavior, numbness and tingling of the hands and feet, nausea, hearing loss, limb spasms, fatigue, and lack of coordination.
My opinions
Drugs will spoil your health so why do it when u know it.At the beginning u may feel great but after that u will feel terrible.Drugs are not 'cool'.If u want to relax, u can read books do some exercise or listen to some songs.When friends tells you to have some drugs, u must tell them NO.Drugs will only spoil your health and it is nothing benitficial to your health.Drugs will spoil your future.So remember DO NOT TAKE DRUGS!
